A Special Focus on the Need for Kindness and Care.

Here are a few ideas for your school/youth group activities:

  • Devote a bulletin board space to the need for kindness and care. Surround the poster with photos of pets, articles about pet care etc…
  • Build a library display featuring books about animals, pet care etc…
  • Conduct discussions about animal care and the need to prevent overpopulation.
  • Collect blankets for shelter animals.
  • Make bird feeders.
  • Make sure every young persons pet has an ID tag.
  • Conduct discussion when everyone says what their pets mean to them.
